debt consolidation

I am currently in the army and my credit has hit a snag....I have multiple debts and they have to be taken care of.....was considering a debt repayment loan.....I understand that you need good credit, but with me being in the military can't I just set up an annulment? That gaurantees payment...wouldn't it look better and increase my chances? I know my credit isn't good at all...and a co-signer is pretty much out of the question but I have to get this debt taken care of...ASAP. Any words of wisdom would be great!
