$8,000 in Debt and Good Credit Looking for Advice

So the last few years have been hard ones and I've built up around $8,000 on my Premier Line of Credit from US Bank, and I'm just starting to get back on my feet and it seems like its going to take forever since I pay $300-$400 and they charge me $150 for my existing balance.
I have good credit around 730 and I'm wondering if there is a way for me even for just 6 months or a year to have no interest on the balance.
