I have most of my payday loans with creditor now. One of them said that they are a law firm and are telling me they will garnish my wages if i do not pay of the debt by the end of the month. Can they do that?

what state do you live in? If garnishments are legal in your state they would have to get a judgement against you first! Chances are the lender was illegally lending then they could not get a judgement as the contract would be legally void! There is also a good chance that they are not a lawfirm! Who was the original lender?
