I am not Chris but they think i am i have told them for nine months if it doesnt stop can i sue them. This is so making me mad they hang up on me when i try to tell them they call me everyday.

Just to let you know that anything verbal is not acceptable.Soaplady is correct that you cannot simply tell them anything over the phone,the best thing is to send them a cease and desist letter to stop all possible communication.
