I did not go to court. thet said that there is a judgement was rendered

MRC is a junk debt buyer who sued you. I have been trying to de
MRC is a junk debt buyer who sued you. I have been trying to determine if you were served a summons to appear in court....if you were served a chose not to appear, they got a judgement against you and it sounds like they are trying to enforce it.
You may want to go to the court house and request a copy of the service to see if in fact you were served. If you were NOT served, you can request to have the judgement set aside for improper service.

I guess I was and forgot about it . so I need to know what I can do now.
