I was in a Chapter 13 until april of this year because I cancel it. Now, I want it to start back. Can, I restart the Chapter 13 after I cancel it.

Yes, you can refile ch 13. However, you would be required to wait for 180 days before being able to file again. Please, consult an attorney before taking steps.
