Phone calls

Everything I have read says that Mann Bracken has been shut down. I have not recieved anything from them, yet the called my parents yesterday 5/21/2010 telling them that I had a lawsuit filed against me and that they were going to take my drivers liscense and the best thing I could do was to contact them immediately. My father told them they needed to call me then and hung up. The man called back and repeated his threats to my mother. Is it not against the law to discuss business with anyone other than the peson involved? ANd how can they still be calling when they are shut down.
