I was using payday loans for years some times 5 at a time to pay the others back and since then foreclosed on my house had my wages garnesed and my bank account garnished my wife is on depression medicine. Now that they are done wrecking my life I found out that they were breaking the law by giving me to much money at one time and they weren't even allowed to do business in North Dakota. Can I go after them for making money off of me?
