Help I was threaten today by payday loan yes that will garnish wages can they do that?

Payday loan yes isn't even located in the U.S. however, they are probably referring to a wage assignment, which is revocable at any time, just shoot them an email and revoke their right to any and all wage assignments you may or may not have signed, print it out and take it to your employer, it's VERY important that you print this out and take it to your employer, also date it!

I did that and I got an email from them and they told me that wage garnishment has begun...
The original loan was for 350.00 yes I defaulted but I made two payments of 224.00 to via debit card.
Is there anything else I can do???????

at this point i would file AG,and FTC complaints then ignore their sorry a$$.even if they would have executed the wage assignment you employer should have told you.they are not going to garnish without a court order.
