Can anyone tell me the correct mailing address and phone numbers for the following 4 CC's to contact for a serious debt settlement? I have tried Customer no service and mailing to the address on the statements or web sites - no respose. One or all would be helpful. FIA, CITI, CHASE & Capital One. Thanks JGF:mad:
