Yes I kept the messages they left on my direct line at work but have to way besides pen an paper to record when they call the main line at work. They called me a few weeks ago and I told them not to call me at work. They refused to give me their address and told me that they would e-mail me the information they had on me with in 4 days...so far nothing. They told me that they delivered a "notice" to me at some address in another state VA I think it was i will have to check my notes. I live in KS and would not give her my mailing address. I sent them a C&D at the end of May and have my receipt that it was accepted on 6/1. I sent another one today and they keep on calling and calling. I have been trying to fax it to them but after 5 attempts today it is still busy. My coworkers think i am being sued now.
