Zwicker and Associates told me I had to pay a certain amount each month regarding my Amex debt which I could not afford. Getting more into debt with other creditors I had to say this is all I can afford this month. The guy would not accept my payment and said he was going to contact an attorney in California and it would go to litigation and I would be sued. I called Amex and they told me to send my amount directly to them. 10 days later I got a call from a crazy woman from Zwicker's and I explained what happened she ignored what I was saying and said 'no, no' you did'nt send money in, - if you had called Amex you would have got a recorded message that we are dealing with your account. I repeated about 4 times that I had spoken to a 'real' person and was following their instructions and they would be looking into ZWICKER as they would not accept my payment. She went beserk and said I hope you have a good life and slammed the phone down on me. I reported her actions to Amex as far as I am concerned with that 'professional work behaviour' that company is history. I am making payments on a regular basis and want to pay this off as soon as I can but these people are morons to deal with they should see who is making an effort and those trying to get some free ride.
