Debt Settlement

Heartburn? You did not have to get in the ambulance with heartburn? Did you! What did they do. Force you? I would refuse to pay it! Tell them you will report them and sue them! Heartburn???? Did they think you were having a heart attack?

Yes! I had chest pain but they did the EKG and I assume it was fine. As I arrived to the hospital the pain went away and the gave me heartburn medication. They didn't force me but I did refuse but they where NO! NO! lets check it out. I refused it twice. They could have suggested heartburn medication and it would have been the end of that. I think 50% for heartburn is pretty reasonable before I loose all my money. How can I settle of find someone to help me to settle with them?

I would pay them what I can and tell them that your situation does not allow any more! They will have to wait until you are back on your feet! They will probably write off the balance! Then it will be sold to a collector who will settle down the road! You need to take care of necessities first! Hopefully they will extend tier 4 of UC or add a tier 5.
