Anybody have any experience from NFCU I owed them $34000 in credit cards and $7500 in LOC. I am already 1 month late. I don't know what they will do? I am really scared. Any advice would help..... Has anybody settle with NFCU, I heard they sued 1 person but nothing else...:(

They can sue you, in fact, any creditor can, if no initiative is taken by the debtor to resolve the debt problem. IMO you may call them up and try to work out a settlement option. They may allow you to set up a payment plan too.
Just don't sit and wait for their legal notice, rather try to be proactive. They are most likely to work with you if you approach to them.
