When does the Statute Of Limitations run out on a GC Collection, which came about by not taking care of traffic tickets?

Dont believe there is a SOL on traffic tickets...they are a court fine.

Yes there is an SOL on traffic tickets. Even government fines have limitations on how long the government has to take you to court to collect them.
