Can anyone tell me if a Military Star Card debt is dischargeable in a Ch 7 bankruptcy?

You may place these questions before your bankruptcy lawyer. IMO you may get discharge on your Military Star Card under ch 7 but this information needs confirmation.

I am pretty sure that a Military Star card is not dischargeable in bankruptcy...it is money owed to the government. Check with them or a JAG office.
