1. Go to your state's payday regulatory website and check and see if they're licensed in your state. If they're not then you only owe the principal.
2. Not paying your debts is not fraud by any definition. Anyone who tells you it is or tells you can be arrest is lying to you in order to scare you.
3. Unless you receive a summons from a licensed process server you are not being sued. However, if the creditor/collection agency gets a hold of your records and finds that you purposefully stopped paying, you may, and I stress may, have to pay the creditors court costs and attorney's fees. However, with the documented fraud activity on your account I sincerely doubt they will be able to prove it in a court of law.

The information that OLVG Attorney has provided is entirely factual. They cannot arrest you for failure to pay bills and to say so is probably a violation of your states laws! My advice would be to research the lenders and see if they are licensed and explain your rights and stick to your rights plus check out the laws in your state regarding threats of law suits by creditors. Relax! They cannot do anything but harrass you! Do not take them seriously! They want their money and they are pissed off! Too bad! Ignore them! Pay what you owe legally and move on! Once again I say relax! Do not worry about anything!
