by being intelligent and giving very honest and accurate information. you're off on this one senior, and im hard on the mods here too. soap lady knows her stuff.

What makes you such the pro senior? From what I have seen you post, you dont know squat.

I think it is one thing to disagree with someone but do it respectfully.
Also please point to some examples of incorrect advice. No one expects anyone to be perfect but you act like this forum is discussing apples and soaplady is talking about oranges. Please explain.

Here is an example. Soap lady said that the debt collectors can sue you without you knowing. I dont think that is true. Due process is very important, and if they were to sue you without you knowing, then any judgment would be reversed because it would be deficient.

To sue someone in this country, you have to let the other party know they are being sued. If you want me to dig up the link I will.

It appears to me that the information that is controlled is in the favor of the debt collectors. Yeah, you get the general advice here, but the really good specific stuff, like the success I've had on how to beat them, those post dont make it.
