payday loans
Date: Fri, 06/11/2010 - 17:34
I got myself in trouble with a couple of payday loans. Two I had defaulted on. Both of them I received the loan amount, one for instance, I received 350 in January and they deduct 90 bi-wekly from my account I have now paid about 540 against the loan. I just received a very unprofessional call. This person had a direct line, said his name was Alex. When I asked who he was with he first said he works in a law-office, and that I was being sued, and that I will be arrest on Monday. He read a affidavit to me over the phone. He was foreign, so very hard to understand. I told him I had no idea who he was or the company. Quick cash. Apparently I had a loan for 300, and now they have three criminal charges against me. And the police was coming to my work to arrest me, and the police will tell my work of the charges against me. Then he was trasferring me to the head lawyer (as he puts it) when the other gentlemen came on the phone he answers as Supervisor (?) They he hung up on me, called back...he continue to threaten me. I asked for documents, he said that he could only send them to my attorney. Ok, gave him the name and number. Then he asked if I wanted to settle and for the police to not come to my work on monday, I would have to pay 900. Told him, I don't have it, and I was not sure who quick cash was.... they just got mad, then try to get me to pay 500 today and make arrangements for the other 300. Told him that I could not pay 500 today... he started yelling over the phone again.. then hung up. I called back, then a Gary answered, Gary got Alex back on the phone... Then I requested to speak to the Supervisor, (or head Lawyer...as they put it) and he would not get on the phone. Said it was to late. And the police will be out to arrest me at work on Monday for the three charges?
Has anyone come across this?........ Oh, the area code is 559, but they claim to be in San Diego... As far as I know, 559 is not San Diego's area code.

I live in California, The two cash advances were internet. The guy of the phone would not give me any information, said he could only fax it to my attorney, once I gave him my attorney's name and number,....then he was trying to settle, and wanted me to pay at least 500. He finally said "quick cash.com" I don't recall any quick cash. They kept hanging up and calling...then I called back, and the so call head attorney (Supervisor) wouldn't come back on the phone,..he told the other guy it was to late, and I was going to be arrested Monday at work.... over 300, now 900 for all of the charges.
