If you are unemployed what can they do to collect?

Hi,

When you are unemployed, the last thing you need is to feel like a hostage in your own home from telephones and collection agencies. While it is probably best to speak to them at least once, you do not have to endure any constant harassment. There are ways to limit or stop the collection agencies from contacting you. The FDCPA laws will protect the customers against any harassment calls,so you need not worry about that .It all depends on the creditor to decide how the money can be taken out,and how much authorization the creditors have provided to the collection agencies to work on on that particular account.
