Hi everyone! I am being sued by David J. Apothaker for Arrow Financial..i do not have a job, can't afford a lawyer, this is the 2nd time they are suing me, I had to borrow the money the last time to fight this and the lawyer the last time cost 400. I need help..should I call the person suing me (David J. Apothaer) to work out some sort of payment plan...i am going to tell him i will find a job , then send in payments. Any help and advice will greatly help!

If you can't afford a lawyer then go to your local Legal Aid off
If you can't afford a lawyer then go to your local Legal Aid office. These offices are staffed with lawyers who do pro bono work for people who can't afford lawyers. Great resource.
