I was served papers and I responded in general terms, my business of 17 years has been dead since 2008, no income . Iam asking is it to late for me too ask for Validation, also, in front of Judge can I ask for jury trial. Also, Cach,LLc is demanding I complete a Florida form 1.977 and return to their attorney within 45 days from the date of this final judgment. there was however no form attached. Thanks for any Help

You wont get a jury trial for a debt...it costs to much. You can ask for validation although it wont change any dates.
You can find the Florida Form 1.977 online. This is what I found out by googling...
