I am about $80,000 in debt. I am due to recieve funds to pay off all of my debt. If I can pay everything in full, plus the Attorney fee, how quickley can this be done? Can I get the debts that I pay off removed from my bureau? Can I get a letter from each and every creditor that I pay stating I have handled their debt in full?

Greetings JRR,

Could you give us some more information?
Once the members know your situation then you'll get some opinions.

And these are the questions that I have;

1. How past due are the debts?

2. What kind of debt is it? i.e. credit cards?

3. Are the debts with a collection agency? (I noticed the lawyer fees).

Regards,
King "Kash" Jabba Labba

I would try to settle them instead of paying in full, but that's just me. If you are really really late or if they are charged off already your credit is ruined for a while anyway so why pay in full at this point. The chances of them taking all the derogatory information off your credit report are very slim.
