Gamache Myers is suing me for Arrow Financial. The original debt
Gamache Myers is suing me for Arrow Financial. The original debt is a credit card with Orchard Bank. I have hired an attorney and they will or can not verify the debt. Told my attorney they do not need to. They offered a settlement amount that stands til June 30th. My court date is July 15th. My attorney said he felt like the amount they offered was fair and that I should settle with them. I was under the impression that if they could not validate the debt I do not owe them. Any advice whether to settle or should I do something different?
