Ready to Litigate and unable to get a lawyer to help

I want to begin litigation against a couple of collection agencies that either refuse to respond to my requests for validation, yet continue to report on my CR or they refuse to stop calling my office after my boss has told them it's not permitted.
But I can't seem to get any lawyer to respond to me in regards to litigating against these people.
So it seems my only option is to bring it to court myself.
How would I go about doing that? Is it done in civil court?
