allied insterstate

Hi I ow nobody any amout of debt I have a credit score of 796! These people will not stop calling me using different ruses to speak to me saying I was given as a reference for some person I have never heard of....I finally contacted the phone company and they are tracing the calls and will press chages if need be,..I am reading that they will file with the crdit bureau for non existant debts? I took bankruptcy in 1996..14 years ago! I will not speak to them because the state of colorado has had so many complaints against them they have issued a warining not to answere the calls. Just an FYI and what else can be done I do not owe anybody anything! Thanks
