Seriously Past Due on BlockBuster

I've rented well over 1,500 movies, AND purchased several hundred movies from the same store, and I always pay upfront.

I will speak with the manager that manages the store in Harrison, OH 45030. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of trouble..., it is usually the store's fault.

I will call the store today to verify or validate this debt. If the debt can be validated, I'll pay immediately. If they can not validate the debt, I expect "you" to validate the debt.

I've had a very long history with Blockbuster. I've even walked into the store, and found the only copy of a movie they had sitting on a shelf, that they said I had not returned, THEY MADE A MISTAKE. The store has made other mistakes before.

I am very unhappy that my account has been handed over to a debt collector. This matter will be resolved TODAY!
