I loaned by soon to be x husband 13 thousand dollars prior to our marriage in order to clean up his credit. I'm in Michigan...am I eligible to get that money back in the divorce? We've been married 10 years, so it been 11-12 years ago now.

Do you have any proof that you had loaned the money to your soon to be x husband? If you have you can use that to get your money back. However, I think as you are going to go through a divorce, it is better to consult an attorney.
