Chapter 7 List of Creditors

I have a questions about creditors. I have been trying to get creditors to give me info about how much I owe, address, etc. All they want to know is when will I pay. What happens if you file Chap. 7 and you don't have all the creditors and the amount and the address? I am sure there are other DCs out there that I dont know about. I thought of my credit reports, but I've never heard of a lot of them I want to know every one of them so no one omes back and bites me in the bootie saying I owe money
Your BK attorney will require you get a copy of your credit repo
Your BK attorney will require you get a copy of your credit report anyway, make sure you list EVERY single creditor you have or you will be stuck with them after your BK is discharged. Keep checking back for more replies as others may have suggestions.
