Chapter 7 Creditors

I have a questions about creditors. I have been trying to get creditors to give me info about how much I owe, address, etc. All they want to know is when will I pay. What happens if you file Chap. 7 and you don't have all the creditors and the amount and the address? I am sure there are other DCs out there that I dont know about. I thought of my credit reports, but I've never heard of a lot of them I want to know every one of them so no one omes back and bites me in the bootie saying I owe money.

Your attorney will put eveyone on your credit report into your bk. If there are others you will need to tell the attorney who they are and they will call and get the information for you on amounts etc.
