Hi there,
i need assistance please.
I took a payday loan and Yellowdale.com is taking monies out every two weeks that I did not authorize. Also the loan has been paid back for a couple of months now. Is there someway I can get a handle on this. They are continually overdeawing my account.

You need to go into the bank, speak directly to the branch manag
You need to go into the bank, speak directly to the branch manager, and revoke their (Yellowdale) ACH rights. Per the EFTA law, you have a right to inform your financial institution of this revocation.
Quite honestly, there have been numerous complaints about Yellowdale, if it were me, I would close that account and get a new account at a different bank. Your account will never be safe again.
On the other hand, if you are dead set against closing that account, ask the branch manager if you can assign a different account number to it.
