I'm 26 yrs old and I have filed bankruptcy before back in 2004, I have to many credit cards with high interest and I don't wanna get behind on payments but I can not keep a roof over my head and pay all my bills. What's my best option

Debt consolidation would be a good plan but you can probably work through this yourself! Without knowing your situation precisely it is difficult but think about this!
Take the smallest balance you pay each month and concentrate on paying that off by paying more and making a few sacrifices! Once that one is paid you will have that amount left over to apply to the next largest one! Sacrifices are still neccesary as in lunch out, drinks, ordering take out etc. After that card is paid off you have the amount of the two to apply to the next! And so on and so forth! It will take a year or more but you are young and it will be worth it! It has been proven to work but you must be committed!
