I am confused! What does 200cash.com have to do with your defaulted loan from First Cash Pawn? Nothing I guess! Is First Cash Pawn a local store front lender? If so, you need to contact CCF and work out a payment arrangement or they will sue you for the original amount and legal fees and court costs! You do not any a judgement against you! It will follow you for years!

I was wanting to know if 200cash.com is legal in Texas. That is why I mentioned this. I cannot get CCF to provide me with documentation of what they are actually charging me for since payments have been made and their total differs from mine. I am asking for advice on what to do.
CCF is contacting me for First Cash Pawn. They have also stated
CCF is contacting me for First Cash Pawn. They have also stated that their company name is the Department of Credit and Check filing (a gov agency per Ted Singleton)

You need to send CCF a debt validation letter by certified return reciept mail. There is a template for this under the "do it yourself" link on this site! They must cease collection until they provide validation under the rules of the FDCPA!
Do not be fooled by their official sounding name! It is collection agency BS, in lieu of a better term! They have no legal anything! Ted Singleton is a not a government agent and he could be arrested for saying so! File a complaint with the FTC against him for impersonating a government agent! Then tell him you did so! Next file a complaint with the police where you live and in the city where the agency is located! Fire every big gun you have at them until they crawl back under the rock from where they came! Oh and do not forget the attorney generals office where they are and you are!
Is First Cash Pawn a local storefront? They sound like it! If so try to work something out with them personally! Talk to the manager.
Also I do not believe 200cash.com is legal anywhere! You can check them out by doing a search above!
Beware of Texas law. They can file charges against you if they can prove that you took a loan with the intent to defraud! I am sure that was not your intent!
