There are certain circumstances under which you can claim home loss payment. If you lose your house due to:

If you lose home due to demolition order, or improvement order issued by th council.

If your landlord is redeveloping your home, and you won't be able to move back into the house.

If your home was bought by the council through Compulsory Purchase Order, etc.

However, I don't think that getting home loss payments is in any way related to your disability payment. The two are totally different things. One is for your disability, while the other is totally related to your home, and it's loss.
