Some man from allied Interstate, not identifying himself at first called me. It was regarding a capitol one card my sister had and my mother was a co-signer on, but never used. He threatened my mom when she called him back to find out what it was all about and was told that if the monies were not paid that she could go to jail. I have called to let them know we would sue them. They were very nervous sounding. Just wanted thank you for the information I found regarding the FDCPA information... Thank you.
