Is it possible to stop a payment on a check from American Cash advance? I have a loan of 750.00 with them and is current but in order to be able to refinance it since i can't pay the whole amount right now, is by giving them another check witht the quantity of the loan and I'll be able to pay the interest only. the problem is that I ran out of checks and don't have no more, I'm going to default on the loan and cause the to deposit the check!! help please! what should I do?

Thanks, I tried to put an ACH block but the bank tells me it doesn;t work for checks only ACH transactions. I cannot close the account since my husband and I share it and he's not here in the Texas right now and he uses it. I'll try calling Advance America and ask them for help into figuring out a better payment plan. Thanks
