Refinancing auto loan cash out

I got auto financing cash out approval - 11,000 and I am approved for this loan until Aug 25. This is only way to bring up $$ to settle $23,000 with the creditor. I don't have any $ in savings and my full time job barely meets my living expenses. I missed the 1st payment due 2 weeks ago. I do not want to miss this opportunity because my credit score has not gone downhill yet. I will get my 2nd part time job back in theFall but it wont bring up much $$ in little time and I plan to use my earned $$ to pay back to this loan. Please advise. Thanks.

Please answer. I have not gotten the loan yet. I am being chickened out. I am afraid I don't have any $$ to settle besides this loan. Thx.
