I already consolidated my debts with Lifeguard Financials and currently certain amount is automatically deducted from my bank account. I enrolled last August 2009 for consolidation of my debts, I received a civil warrant last July 5, 2010 from the State of Tennessee, County of Rutherford to appear in court on September 7, 2010, am being sued by Bank of America. I have sent a fax to the arbitration department last July 8, 2010 concerning this matter but not received any letter or phone call. Please advise my [phone # removed as per forum rules and for safety reasons] or write to me. [address removed as per forum rules and for safety reasons]

First of all Lydia, this is a public forum. Thus you should not give out your phone numbers, and address directly in the forums. It is not at all safe.

Can you tell whether or not Bank of America was included in the consolidation program? Lifeguard Financial is not a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited company. They have a BBB rating of F. As you are required to appear in court, you should do so, else you can be held in contempt of court. Talk to Bank of America about this, and try to negotiate an out of court settlement.
