I was sued by a debt collector but they didn't show up for court am I still entitled to pay that debt?

It is voluntary to pay unsecured debt. they would have to win the lawsuit before they could do anything like garnish your bank account or wages- and they are pretty strict limits to how much they can actually take. Good luck!
