If payday loans are not recognized in the state you live in what does that mean?
Don't go for them
Payday loan companies do business, even in states where they're not recognized. These companies have many illegal ways of performing business like through the internet, over the phone, etc.
But, an illegal PDL cannot sue you, in case you default, to recover the loan. You can also stop paying the PDL if they're not licensed to work in your state. But, I'ld suggest you not to go for these payday loans since they'll just push you deeper in debts.
