how do you deal with payday loans other than filing bankruptcy?

Payday loans (PDL) are not legal in all the states. Thus, you need to find out your state laws on PDL from http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html . Can I know which state you are in? and what are the names of the PDLs?
