I have a capital one credit card that I got behind on and it has been sent to collections. I am being called by NCO Financial and I try to make the payments as best I can, I recently lost my job and cant pay the payments that they want me to and they are telling me the account can be charged off if I dont make the payment that is to large for me. what can I do I want to pay them it is just hard right now
If you can't pay just tell them that. If it charges off you can

Figure out terms that you can afford then subtract about 10%. Put them in writing and send them via certified mail. They will either agree, counter offer or just say no. NCO is kind of a crappy CA anyway. They'd probably just charge you off and sell you to another crappy CA.
