A few months ago I was contacted by your company that my Gander Mtn. Credit Card was being canceled. The reason was unclear( the caller thought it was something about a late payment 4 years ago on a different credit card) but after talking to 2 or 3 people and telling them my credit score was just fine and there was something wrong here I gave up and told them to go ahead and cancel it( since they were going to anyway). Over the course of that 2 weeks when I talked to your employees I spent money checking my credit report and trying to figure out if someone had stolen my identity. Now, I just received a letter from you that it was all a big mistake and you are restoring my account. REALLY! So, your employees that were not very friendly or helpful on the phone and wouldn't even tell me what was going on just made a little mistake? I cut up my cards because they insisted I could not resolve this issue in any way. So are you going to send me new cards? I see on your website you are willing to negotiate payment plans. So why couldn't I even talk to your people when I generally pay my cards off in full at the end of each month? The last bill was paid off late only because it got lost in the mail or misplaced here at home and I paid it immediately when I discovered that problem. Your people said that had nothing to do with my "issue". It would have been nice to talk to someone and resolve this before it went this far.
