Hi Nelly, I made a phone call to Regent Asses Management Solutions to inquire about my last payment made to this company. I wanted to make sure that no more money would be automatically removed from my account. When I called the number on the initial letter, the call didnt' go through, it just got disconnected. When I Googled them, that is when I came across this information about them possibly being a scam? Is that so? If true, what can I do? Is it too late for me submit a request for a validation letter? Can I get my money back? I'm not sure what to do? Please advise. Thank you.
If you have already paid it off, they will ignore any validation
If you have already paid it off, they will ignore any validation request as they are done with collection activities. Not likely you will get anything back.
