Hey Everyone!
I had a question regarding Chapter 7 Bankruptcy..(I am trying to figure out my different options..) What happens if I file CH. 7, get accepted, and 3 Months later (I.E.) I start making good $$ again?...Is there a time frame of some sort?..I am an independent contractor and my income can fluctuate wildly...Thanks for any help.....T.E.

That is a great question. I am not a BK attorney, so you will want to double check this, because there may be some exceptions to this, but I am pretty sure that once the BK is discharged, you can make whatever you want. So if you get a new job after your BK has been finished and over, it shouldn't be a problem. Again though, won't hurt to run it by a BK attorney.
