im looking to become a cop in new mexico, however one of the requirements is that you can not be more than 500 dollars in collections. i far exceed this amount, and the test is at the end of this month. the next one isnt for a year at the very least. is there something i can do? im thinking consolidate it and show them im at least paying it, but maybe someone out there has a better idea?

Anyone you can borrow the money from to pay them all off? That will be your only way.
