Did you ever stop and think, "hey, maybe these people need to be called and have their family bothered?" I am not saying be rude or nasty, but when you owe money, you should have to deal with this until the debt is resolved. If you make arrangements to pay, the calls stop! Look! These people borrowed money and when it comes time to pay it back, most of them are irresponsible and create messes for themselves. Deal with it or man-up to your obligations.
Most people want to pay their bills but in this economy, can't.
Most people want to pay their bills but in this economy, can't. Collection agencies have a job to do, but when they violate the law or act illegally, they deserve to be ignored or sued. Debtors do need to be proactive and take whatever action they can do.
