Have your credit report showing the name of ARS? If so, then let me tell you that ARS Inc. is a collection agency. I think the agency name is Associated Recovery Systems. HAs ARS contacted you for this debt?
As OhioGal has advised, send a letter to them from the contact info on your credit report and ask them to send you a collection letter. And then you can dispute the debt.
