I'm trying to get a settled in full letter from Midland and they won't give one to me and they will not let me speak to a operations manager. What should I do

I can tell you that a couple of my settlement creditors would also not give me a settlement letter. Even wells fargo would not. They did, however, give me a letter spelling out the precise terms of the settlement and when kept along with proof of the payments shown it is enough to convince any judge or jury. dtm
