How long should you give money without solution

Been in program for almost 2ys, had 4 cards inrolled in program. One settlement, I think I'm getting sued on one card. Have called several times about it and nothing.
I have been paying, how much money do they need for me to solve my debt. can't get a call back. I want to get out.
